Diagnosis and institutional design
We help our clients identify problems in the structure of their organization and in the processes they execute, especially in the legal and forensic aspects, in which we specialize. To do this, we use a solid, science-based work methodology. After carrying out the diagnosis, we formulate and propose strategies to the client to resolve the problems we find. Finally, we guide the implementation of the strategy and monitor its development.
Development of methodologies and instruments
We develop work methodologies in different areas at the request of our clients and suggest software to improve their implementation. To this end, we have professionals who actively carry out scientific research and put their knowledge to work for our clients.
Project Management
We provide our clients with technical advice in the management of their projects, strategies, plans, and other forms of intervention during all stages, from design to monitoring and evaluation. To this end, we offer additional services in the design of reporting, evaluation and project closure instruments. In particular, we have extensive experience in drafting legal and forensic documents as well as cooperation agreements, both governmental and non-governmental, bilateral or multilateral.
Information Analysis and Data Science
One of our specialties is information analysis, particularly legal and forensic. At the request of our clients, we carry out information analysis using Data Science and artificial intelligence tools to improve decision-making and solutions to complex problems. Likewise, we design criteria, instruments and mechanisms for the collection, storage, analysis and dissemination of information.
Preparation of technical-scientific studies
We prepare technical-scientific studies on different topics of interest to our clients, with emphasis on legal and forensic aspects. This includes, among others, analysis of criminal phenomena and the implementation of good practices and international recommendations related to crime prevention and investigation. To this end, we employ a robust, science-based research methodology.
Training
We provide training to our clients on the topics of our specialty adapted to their needs and specific objectives. This includes the design of syllabi, development of teaching material, evaluation mechanisms, its modality and completion. To this end, we have professionals with extensive teaching experience at an international level, both in the academic and institutional fields.
Advice on cases
We advise our clients on forensic aspects of the specific cases and processes in which they must participate, whether they are case managers or other kinds of stakeholders. To this end, we have professionals trained in different branches of Criminalistics or Forensic Science (in areas such as Ballistics, Dactyloscopy/Lophoscopy, bloodstain pattern analysis and Forensic Audit, among others).
